Dr. Mohamed Sobhy - Consultant Interventional Radiologist
Born in Kuwait in 1974, he completed his early education before relocating to Egypt to pursue higher academic goals. After completing his secondary education in 1991, he enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University, graduating in 1997 with a Very Good grade.
In 1999, he joined the Radiology Department at the Faculty of Medicine as a resident physician, where he spent three years, earning his Master's degree in Radiology in 2002 with distinction.
He worked as an assistant lecturer in the Interventional Radiology Unit of the Radiology Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, from 2002 to 2007. During this period, he conducted research for his doctorate, titled "Percutaneous Injection of Degenerated Lumbar Vertebrates."
He traveled to Canada from 2005 to 2007 on a study mission to complete his doctoral dissertation at Western University in Ontario. During this period, he obtained a fellowship in interventional radiology of the spine from this university. He continued his university career and currently works as a professor of interventional radiology at Ain Shams University.
